Digi Award Finalists

Imogen Middleton and Leela Dorn created an amazing Graphic Design Poster promoting Whakarongo School.  They were selected to attend the Manawatu Digi Awards on Monday 9 November at The Regent on Broadway.  Well done girls.

Week 6 - Courage

Alliteration Poems

In Term 4 we are learning to be poetic.  We have learnt how to write Acrostic Poems, Senses Poems and Alliteration Poems.

Alliteration is the repetition of a consonant sound at the beginning of words (eg Slippery, Slimy Snake)

Week 4 - Honesty

Well done to Conor Towey, Lily Charteris and Jala Mooney for showing honesty in the Tautoko POD and receiving the certificates in assembly this week.
